Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all the mothers to be in Europe, the UK as well as the Middle East.

In France, we offer several delivery options to choose from: Mondial Relay to pick up your products in a parcel relay, standard delivery with signature guaranteed in less than 72 hours and express delivery by Chronopost before 1pm the next day

We offer standard delivery from 60 euros of purchase.

For other countries, we deliver via DHL.

Where can I find my order tracking?

Once your order is validated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will find an order tracking link directly in this email. This information is also available in your Cocoonée customer account.

How do I change my shipping address?

This is only possible if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Send us an email as soon as possible at and we will do the necessary for you 

I want to return my product, what do I do?

We are sorry to hear that ! Send an email to our address specifying the below  information:

Your order number

The items you wish to return

The reasons for your return and your request for exchange or refund.

We will then come back to you to process your return. You can request an exchange of your ordered items on our official website within 14 days from the date of the order.

N:B Item returns will be at your own expense.

What are the conditions for my return to be accepted?

The returned products must be intact, in their original packaging. Send us an email at contact@Cocooné to inform us of your return. It is preferable to choose a return method with a tracking number, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to accept any claims. Packages must be returned directly to our logistics partners at the following address. No need to add a return slip inside:
