Shipping Policy

Delivery rates vary depending on the weight of your order and your location. These data will be specified to you during the validation of your basket.

While we cannot be held responsible for any delays, the usual delivery times are as follows:
For orders placed in France, the delivery time is D+1 to D+2.
For orders placed in Europe, the delivery time is D+2 to D+4.
For orders placed in the rest of the world, the delivery time varies according to your geographical location.

If you do not receive your package within 7 working days after receipt of your order, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by email. All orders over €60 placed in France metropolitan will be delivered free of charge.

Customs duties

All orders placed on the site and delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties, imposed when the package reaches its destination. The cost of these customs duties and taxes shall be covered by the buyer. We are not required to verify and inform you of these customs duties and taxes. To know them, we invite you to inquire with the relevant authorities of your country.
